In the type portlet, you can see which of the percentages for each of the five ways (Catalog, iRequest, Punchout, Free-Form, and Web-Form) of requisition creation in Coupa.

First, you should review your free-form percentage. Are there opportunities to move this spend to catalog, punchout, or web-form? Is iRequest helping our sourcing efforts? Are people not using the punchouts that are setup? Are there training opportunities that we should review?

The supplier portlet displays by supplier over a few intervals your spend. As you can these intervals, you should be asking yourself if you should be consolidating the spend to a particular supplier? Have there been any recent trends in the movement of spend? Are there opportunities for negotiation from that movement?
